After having taken the diffusion of the light of the photocopy scans into consideration, an exploration of many different new materials came to me. The concept of not being able to physically touch the paper with my hands in order to make a mark was a new technique that I previously haven’t considered including within my work. I used spray paint, a material that not only is usually disregarded as a medium but also one that I hadn’t fully explored yet, in order to create a continuous series of marks that would imply a diffused surface.
